Kittys Zone Pick & Drop is a dedicated pet taxi service that safely transports your cat or dog between your home and our branches — and, if needed, to partner vets or other approved destinations. It’s perfect when you can’t drive, are stuck at work or simply want less stress for yourself and your pet.
- One-way or round-trip transport
- Direct drop-off to Kittys Zone Grooming, Boarding or Day Care
- Optional waiting/return options (depending on schedule)

Our pick & drop service currently operates around the areas served by our three branches. Availability may vary based on exact location and time of day, but in general we cover:
Dubai Silicon Oasis
Surrounding residential communities in and around Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Deira – Dubai
Central and old Dubai areas that can reach the Deira branch.
Al Jurf – Ajman
Ajman areas around Al Jurf and nearby neighbourhoods.
Once you submit a booking request, our team will confirm if your exact location is within our service range and share the final fee.

Vehicles & Climate
Our vehicles are air-conditioned and kept at a comfortable temperature for pets. We avoid overcrowding and always secure pets safely before we start driving.
Secure Transport
Dogs may travel using safety harnesses or secure crates (depending on size and temperament), while cats are transported in carriers. This helps keep them safe and prevents sudden movement.
Hygiene & Cleanliness
Carriers, crates and seat covers are regularly cleaned, and we do our best to minimise odours and fur so each journey feels fresh and safe.
We recommend that you bring your own carrier if your cat or small dog is more comfortable in it.
How Our Pick & Drop Service Works
For round-trips, we’ll also arrange the pick-up time for the return journey back to your home.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially for busy times and weekends. Same-day requests depend on availability.
In most cases, yes — someone you trust should hand over and receive the pet. If you have special instructions, mention them in the form and we’ll discuss options.
Cats and small dogs are usually transported in carriers. Larger dogs may use secure harnesses or crates. We always aim to prevent pets from moving freely around the vehicle.
Yes, multiple pets from the same household can often travel together if it’s safe to do so. Please mention the number and type of pets in your booking form.
In some cases we may be able to, with different pricing. Fill in the form with your exact address and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
This may be possible depending on schedule. Indicate “round trip” in the form and add a note — our team will confirm timing and fees.
Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee depending on how close it is to the booking time.
