We specialise in cats and dogs. If you have another type of pet, please contact us and we’ll
tell you honestly if we’re able to help or recommend another option.
We currently welcome pet parents to three branches: Dubai Silicon Oasis, Deira – Dubai
and Al Jurf – Ajman. For pick & drop and relocation, coverage depends on your exact
location — please contact us with your area and we’ll confirm.
We strongly recommend booking in advance, especially for grooming and boarding, to
avoid disappointment. Walk-ins may be possible if we have free capacity, but cannot be
guaranteed.
If you’re not sure whether you need grooming, boarding, day care or training, send us a

we’ll recommend the best option.
Core services like grooming are available at all branches. Some services (like day care or
specific boarding setups) may differ by branch. Our team will confirm what’s available at

FAQsGrooming
It depends on coat type, lifestyle and any skin conditions. Many dogs and cats do well with grooming every 4–8 weeks. Long-haired or double-coated pets may need more regular brushing and maintenance. Our groomers can suggest a schedule after seeing your pet.
We offer full grooming packages, bathing, brushing, trimming, hygiene trims, nail clipping, ear cleaning and coat-specific care for both cats and dogs. Exact packages may vary by branch — our grooming page and team can give more detail.
We do not sedate pets. If a pet is extremely stressed or aggressive, we may stop the session for safety and recommend speaking with a vet or behaviour specialist.
Timing depends on your pet’s size, coat condition, temperament and the type of service. Simple baths can be quick; full grooming on long-haired or very matted pets can take longer. We’ll give you an approximate time when you book or drop off.
In some cases we may allow you to stay nearby, but many pets become more anxious when their owners are in sight but not “available.” Our team will decide what’s safest and least stressful for your pet based on the setup and individual case.
Please tell us in advance. We’ll plan extra time, move slowly and avoid pushing your pet beyond what’s safe or kind. In some cases, we may suggest multiple shorter visits instead of one long session.

Assuming our team confirms your booking, we generally recommend: your pet’s usual food, any medications with clear instructions, and a familiar item like a blanket or toy (if allowed). Our team will explain exactly what’s needed at your chosen branch.
We keep an eye on eating, drinking, bathroom habits and general behaviour. If we notice anything unusual, we will try to contact you and, where needed, recommend veterinary attention.
This depends on the setup and your pet’s temperament. Some boarding arrangements keep pets separate; others may allow limited social contact where safe and agreed. Our team will explain the specific routine for your booking.
Yes, in most cases you can schedule a visit to see the space first. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time with the branch.
Please tell us in advance. For some medications, our team can help administer them, as long as you provide clear written instructions. In more complex cases, we may recommend veterinary supervision.
FAQsDay Care
Day care is for daytime only — you drop your pet off and pick them up the same day. Boarding is for overnight or multiple days.
Not always. Some dogs enjoy social, supervised environments; others can find it overwhelming. We may recommend a trial, and in some cases we may say that day care is not suitable for a particular dog.
Day care usually involves a mix of supervised play, rest, and bathroom breaks, depending on your pet’s needs and the branch’s setup. Our goal is to keep pets safe, reasonably active and not overstimulated.
Cats typically do better with quieter environments and set routines, so “day care” for cats is usually more about safe holding rather than group play. Please contact us to discuss what’s realistic for your cat.
FAQsTraining
We focus on practical, everyday skills such as basic obedience, leash manners and polite behaviour at home or in public. Exact training options depend on the branch and trainer availability.
Our focus is on reward-based, low-stress methods. We avoid harsh tools or techniques that can harm trust or wellbeing.
If your dog is pulling on leash, jumping, not listening or showing signs of fear or reactivity, some form of training can almost always help. For serious behavioural issues, we may recommend a specialised behaviourist.
FAQsPick & Drop (Pet Taxi)
Coverage depends on the distance from our branches in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Deira – Dubai and Al Jurf – Ajman. Share your location and we’ll confirm if we can pick up from your area and what the fee would be.
Pets are transported in air-conditioned vehicles, using crates or secured setups appropriate for their size and safety. We aim to keep the journey as calm and short as possible.
In most cases, pick & drop is used together with grooming, boarding or day care. If you have a special request, please contact us and we’ll see what’s practical and allowed.
FAQsRelocation Support
We mainly provide guidance, grooming prep and coordination support. For full international relocation, we often work alongside dedicated pet relocation partners. We’ll be honest about what we can and can’t take on ourselves.
We can help with crate preparation, basic grooming before travel, practical checklists and, in some cases, coordination with third-party relocation services.
As early as possible. Pet relocation has multiple steps and often needs weeks or months of planning.
FAQsAdoption
No. We usually coordinate with independent rescues, NGOs and foster homes. Our role is
to help connect responsible adopters with pets who need homes.
Most rescues charge an adoption fee to cover part of their costs (vaccinations, basic vet
care, etc.). The exact amount depends on the rescue and the pet, and will be discussed
before you decide.
Some pets shown in our gallery may already have been adopted. Availability changes
often, so we treat each adoption enquiry as a fresh conversation based on which pets
currently need homes.
Responsible rescues usually have a return policy, but adoption should never be treated as
a short-term trial. If there’s a serious issue, contact the rescue/foster immediately to
discuss the best solution for the pet.
