Years of Training Experience
Every session is tailored to your cat’s coat type, skin condition and temperament. Our groomers focus on coat health, comfort and a relaxed experience, not just a quick bath.
Choose the package that suits your cat. We always check the coat and skin on arrival and suggest extra care if needed. Not sure which style? Read our guide to cat grooming styles, haircuts and lion cuts.

Choose your branch (Dubai Silicon Oasis or Al Jurf – Ajman), pick a cat grooming package and tell us about your cat’s coat and temperament in the booking form. No car? Add our pet taxi.

On arrival, our groomer checks your cat’s coat and skin, asks about health issues or sensitivities, and agrees the style and length with you.

We groom your cat calmly with minimal restraint and plenty of breaks. We never rush anxious or senior cats.

When your cat is ready, we call or message you. At pick-up we share what we did, anything we noticed (mats, skin issues) and simple after-care tips.

Persians, Maine Coons, Ragdolls and other long-haired cats mat easily, especially in the UAE heat. A professional groom every 6–10 weeks keeps their coat healthy.
British Shorthairs, Siamese, Bengals and other short-coated cats need less grooming, but still benefit from deshedding, nail trims and the occasional bath.
Many cats find grooming stressful, so we adapt our approach for kittens, seniors and nervous or rescue cats. Grooming at home too? See our guide on how to safely restrain a cat for grooming.
First grooms are short and positive, so your kitten learns that grooming isn’t scary.
Senior cats may have stiff joints or medical issues. We support their body, take things slower and keep sessions short.
If your cat is nervous, tell us in advance. We can book quieter times and use a calm approach with minimal restraint.

Your pet’s health matters as much as their look. That’s why Kittys Zone follows strict hygiene routines in every grooming station:
If your cat has allergies or sensitive skin, let us know and we can adjust products or use a hypoallergenic option where available.

Long-haired cats usually need a professional groom every 6–10 weeks, especially if they mat easily. Short-haired cats need less, with deshedding and nail trims every few months. Our team can suggest the best schedule after seeing your cat.
A Basic Freshen-Up usually takes about 45–60 minutes. A full groom on a long-haired or matted cat takes longer, around 1.5–2 hours. We’ll give you an estimate at check-in.
Yes, on request and if it’s safe for your cat. Lion cuts are usually best for long-haired cats with heavy matting. Our groomer checks the coat and skin first and will suggest a gentler comb cut if that suits your cat better.
Yes. Small mats are gently brushed or split out; tight mats close to the skin are clipped out carefully to avoid hurting your cat. Please don’t cut mats out with scissors at home, because cat skin is thin and cuts easily.
We use a calm, slow approach with minimal restraint and plenty of breaks. If a cat is extremely stressed or unsafe to handle, we may stop the session for their safety. Please tell us in advance if your cat has a history of biting or extreme fear.
Yes. Our pet taxi and pick & drop service can collect your cat from home in Dubai Silicon Oasis or Ajman and bring them back freshly groomed.
We recommend your cat is up to date with core vaccinations as advised by your vet. If your cat has health issues, please let us know and check with your vet before grooming.
We groom cats at Dubai Silicon Oasis (Dubai Digital Park, open daily 9am–9pm) and Al Jurf, Ajman (10am–10pm, closed Tuesdays).
Please contact us by WhatsApp or phone as early as possible if you need to change your appointment so we can offer your slot to another pet parent.
