Training at Kittys Zone focuses on real-life behaviours that make daily life with your dog easier and more enjoyable.
All programs are customised around your dog, but these are the most common ways we work with pet parents.

We focus on rewarding the behaviours we want to see more of — using treats, praise, play and real-life rewards — rather than punishing mistakes.
Our goal is to build trust between you and your dog. That means working at your dog’s pace and avoiding harsh tools or techniques.
Training isn’t just about the dog — it’s about giving you simple, repeatable routines you can maintain at home so results last.
We’ll never ask you to do anything that feels uncomfortable or unsafe for you or your dog.
You’ve just brought home a puppy and want to avoid common mistakes, start house training properly and teach good habits from the beginning.
You love your dog but feel stressed by pulling, jumping, not listening or chaotic walks — and you want calmer daily routines.
You’ve adopted a rescue dog who needs time, structure and gentle guidance to feel safe and learn how to live in a home.

We currently offer training from our three Kittys Zone branches and nearby outdoor areas (where appropriate):
We’ll confirm the exact training spot (inside or nearby outside area) when we speak with you.

Days and times may vary by trainer and branch. Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll propose slots that work for both of you.

The more information you share, the better we can match you with the right trainer and plan.

We use positive, reward-based methods — focusing on rewarding good behaviour and managing the environment, not punishing mistakes.
It depends on your goals and your dog’s temperament. Some issues improve in a few sessions; others need a longer plan. We’ll suggest a realistic number after the first consultation.
No ethical trainer can guarantee exact results, because every dog and home is different. But we can guarantee honest feedback, clear exercises and support — if you practice consistently, you’ll see progress.
Yes, in most cases we want you involved so you can learn how to handle your dog and continue the training at home.
We may be able to help with mild–moderate behaviour issues. For severe aggression or history of serious bites, we may refer you to a specialist behaviourist. Please be honest when filling in the enquiry form.
In some cases, yes — training mini-sessions can be added around grooming or day care visits. Mention this in your form and we’ll see what’s possible.
Usually just a normal collar or harness, a standard leash (not retractable) and good treats. If we recommend anything else, we’ll explain why.
Tell us about your dog, and we’ll help you choose the most effective and realistic training plan.
