Grooming at Kittys Zone is more than just a quick bath. Our groomers focus on coat health, comfort and a relaxed experience. Every session is tailored to your pet’s coat type, skin condition and temperament.

How Our Grooming Process Works?

Book Your Slot
Choose your preferred branch (Dubai Silicon Oasis, Deira or Al Jurf – Ajman), pick a grooming package and tell us about your pet through our booking form.
STEP 02
Check-In & Assessment
On arrival, our groomer does a quick coat and skin check, asks about any health issues or sensitivities, and agrees with you on the style and length.
STEP 03
Gentle Grooming Session
We groom your pet calmly and safely, allowing breaks when needed. We avoid rushing, especially with anxious or senior pets.
STEP 04
Pick-Up & After-Care Tips
Once your pet is ready, we call or message you. At pick-up, we share what we did, any findings (tangles, skin issues) and simple after-care tips.

Your pet’s health matters as much as their look. That’s why Kittys Zone follows strict hygiene routines in every grooming station:
- Tools and combs are cleaned and sanitised after each pet
- Fresh towels and bedding are used for every session
- Grooming tables and tubs are disinfected regularly
- Shampoos and conditioners are chosen for your pet’s coat and skin type
If your pet has allergies or sensitive skin, let us know — we can adjust products or use a hypoallergenic option where available.

FAQsGrooming FAQs
Most dogs do well with grooming every 4–8 weeks, depending on coat type. Long- haired cats may need grooming every 6–10 weeks, especially if they mat easily. Our team can suggest the best schedule after seeing your pet.
A Basic Freshen-Up usually takes around 45–60 minutes. Full grooms may take 1.5–2 hours or more for very large or heavily matted dogs. We’ll give you an estimated time at check-in.
We try our best with anxious pets using a calm, slow approach. If a pet is highly aggressive or unsafe to handle, we may stop the session for their safety and ours. Please tell us in advance if your pet has a history of biting or extreme fear.
We recommend that all pets are up to date with core vaccinations as advised by your vet. If your pet has health issues, please let us know and consult your vet before grooming.
In most cases, pets are calmer when owners are not in direct sight. You’re welcome to stay in the waiting area, and we’ll take your number to call you as soon as we’re done.
Please mention this on the booking form and again at check-in. We can adjust products or techniques and avoid certain areas if needed.
