Our StoryOur Story
Kittys Zone began with a simple observation: many pet parents in Dubai and Ajman
struggled to find pet care that felt both professional and genuinely caring. There were
grooming options, boarding options and pet shops — but rarely one place that tried to
do things properly across all of them.
We wanted to build a space where cats and dogs are treated as individuals, not just
“appointments,” and where pet parents receive honest guidance, not just sales pitches.
Over time, Kittys Zone grew into multiple locations — Dubai Silicon Oasis, Deira – Dubai
and Al Jurf – Ajman — each with the same focus: clean, well-organised spaces, low-
stress handling and a team that actually likes animals.

and looking for safe boarding, we’re here to make life easier and more comfortable for

It takes more than scissors and shampoo to care for pets properly. Behind every appointment is a team that handles bookings, grooming, boarding, cleaning and calm, patient handling.

Trained groomers experienced with different coat types, breeds and temperaments.

Keeps an eye on eating, behavior and comfort during your pet’s stay.

Helps with scheduling, reminders and answering questions by phone or WhatsApp.
How We Care for Your Pet
Morning
Hygiene & Cleanliness
We maintain strict cleaning routines for grooming tools, tables, kennels, floors and common areas. Towels, combs and equipment are cleaned and rotated to reduce the risk of skin issues and infections.
Midday
Safe Handling & Monitoring
We use gentle restraint where needed, take breaks for stressed pets, and aim to avoid rushed handling. During boarding and day care, we monitor eating, bathroom habits and general behaviour and inform you if we notice anything unusual.
Afternoon
Clear Communication with You
If we ever feel a requested service isn’t safe or appropriate (for example, a heavily matted coat that needs special handling or a behavioural concern), we’ll explain why and suggest a safer alternative.
Community, Rescue & Adoption Support Community & Adoption Support
Pet care doesn’t stop at our own doors. Where we can, Kittys Zone supports local rescue efforts and responsible adoption — especially for animals who’ve had a difficult start.
- Coordinating adoption enquiries between potential adopters and rescues/foster homes
- Offering grooming support for some adopted pets where possible (depending on cases)
- Sharing educational content about responsible pet ownership
- Encouraging long-term commitment rather than impulse decisions
We believe that every small action — a well-groomed rescue, a patient adopter, an honest conversation — makes the bigger picture better for animals in the UAE.
